This Privacy Policy describes how Ian Yearsley ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our software tools that connect to the eBay Developer APIs, including listing management and related seller automation services (the "Application").
This Application is an independent third-party tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by eBay Inc.
1. Information We Collect
Depending on how you use the Application, we may process:
- eBay account and API data — inventory, listings, orders, fulfillment status, and other seller data returned by eBay APIs when you authorize access.
- OAuth credentials — application keys, access tokens, and refresh tokens needed to authenticate with eBay on your behalf.
- Technical logs — error messages, API request metadata, and operational logs used to maintain and secure the Application.
- Contact information — such as your email address if you contact us for support.
2. How We Use Information
We use information only to:
- Authenticate with eBay and perform actions you request;
- Create, update, and manage listings and related seller operations;
- Monitor application health, security, and compliance;
- Respond to support requests and legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information or eBay user data.
3. Legal Basis and eBay Requirements
Where applicable, we process data to perform services you request and to comply with applicable law and platform requirements, including eBay's API License Agreement and data-handling requirements.
If an eBay user requests deletion of their account data, we will handle applicable notifications and delete stored data associated with that user when required.

Credentials and configuration may be stored locally on your devices or in secure infrastructure operated by us or our service providers (such as Cloudflare) solely to operate the Application.
We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
5. Sharing of Information
We may share information only with:
- eBay — when making authorized API calls on your behalf;
- Service providers — such as hosting, logging, or email delivery providers that help operate the Application under confidentiality obligations;
- Legal authorities — when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your Choices
You may:
- Revoke eBay API authorization through your eBay developer settings;
- Request access, correction, or deletion of data we hold about you;
- Stop using the Application at any time.
8. Children's Privacy
The Application is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. International Users
If you access the Application from outside the United States, you understand that information may be processed in the United States or other countries where our providers operate.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the latest version. Continued use of the Application after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
